Kol Tefillah Movement

Kol Tefillah is a vibrant Jewish musical group based in San Diego, dedicated to blending modern and traditional influences from Jewish songwriters. Our own compositions reflect this rich tapestry of inspiration. We have had the joy of performing at a variety of venues throughout San Diego, each time inviting our audience to share in the experience.

Our focus is on communal singing and prayer, fostering a heartfelt connection among participants. We aim to unite through song, prayer, and niggunim (songs without words), creating a space where we can connect with one another and with God as a harmonious community. Join us as we lift our voices together in celebration and devotion!

We were initially inspired to start this project by Rabbi Adam Kligfeld and Rabbi Rebbeca Schatz from Temple Beth Am in Los Angeles.
